If you have not yet received a booking confirmation, you are still welcome to visit us directly. However, we recommend making a reservation in advance to minimize waiting time.
How can I avoid being taken to the wrong spa by a driver?
The official address of Herbal Oasis Spa is 11 An Thuong 4, Da Nang. If a driver tells you that the spa is closed, unable to accept guests, or suggests taking you to another location, please decline and contact us directly to verify the information. Any changes to our operating hours will be updated through Herbal Oasis Spa’s official channels.

Yes. You may let us know your preferred therapist gender when making a reservation. Herbal Oasis Spa will do its best to arrange a suitable therapist based on staff availability at the time of your visit. To help us prepare the best experience for you, we recommend making this request before arriving at the spa.
Where can I store my personal belongings and luggage?
If you are carrying a suitcase or multiple pieces of luggage, you may store them free of charge at the reception area while enjoying your treatment. The area is monitored by security cameras. For cash, passports, jewelry, and other valuable belongings, we recommend keeping them with you or taking appropriate care of them. Alternatively, you may ask our reception staff for assistance with storing valuables in a lockable locker.
What payment methods do you accept?
The spa accepts cash, bank transfers, and QR code payments through banking apps. All service fees will be clearly communicated and transparently confirmed before payment.
